At least the Hamburgers are with us

According to this (London) Times article (link via Instapundit), Germany is getting every closer to making a U-turn in its Iraq policy. Apparently the tift with the Bush Administration is taking its toll.

But my favorite thing about this article is the news (to me) that the city of Hamburg took out an ad in the NY Times declaring, "America--Hamburg stands by you."

Now we need a similar declaration from Bavaria.
