Ponnuru agrees with me!
It appears that NRO's Ramesh Ponnuru (one of my favorite writers over there) must have read my post on Andrew Sullivan's take on Justice Scalia's tone in his opinions, because he wrote a terrific article basically elaborating the thought I presented there.
Boy am I smart. ;-)
